Work Out Update
Still kicking around a cold - could be allergies or sinus - easy work out today - did the Quigong warm up with Fairfield Strength - 3 classes, plus the box squats, pistols and push ups with the classes. Wednesday's work out was similar to Monday's - Gymboss still set at 30/20 split for 25 sets - started with 5 box squats with a narrowing stance, followed by 5 sets of alternating box pistols, then added the 16K bell for the rest of the sets - alternating right side/left side with kb push ups and renegade rows in between, really good depth on the last few sets. Finished with arm bars and GTG TGU's - pulled my left quad doing the get ups - kind of strange - but after icing it down and applying compression it seems ok today.
