Monday's PT
Been kicking around a cold the past few days - but this work out seemed to sweat it out. Gymboss timer set at 30/20 - 25 sets. First 10 box squats and alternating box pistols. KB push up and renegade rows during rest interval. 5 sets of double KB front squats followed by 10 sets of single db front squat, switch/clean, front squat. Finished with arm bars - x2 both sides and GTG Turkish Get Ups - 3x each step up and down followed by 3 full get ups each side.
