Circuit – 25 lb dumbbell – x3
• Db chest press on fitness ball, 20 reps alt
• renegade rows, 10 reps alt
• half kneeling push press 10 rs, 10 ls
• dumbbell curls – 20 alt
KB swings – 20/10 – swing, clean, HP, switch, repeat other side, switch, and park - 10 sets
Turkish Get Up – GTG – 3 x each movement – 3 full at end.
Arm Bar – both sides x2
