Sunday and Monday Work Out

Sunday - Kayak sprint - 2 miles - a little cold - used alternating stroke patterns to work delts, lats, and core.

Monday - Box squat/pistol circuit - alternating KB push ups with renegade rows -
10 sets of box squats - med high, 12 sets of box pistols, 8 sets of low box squats.
Pulse 152 after set 30. Gymboss set at 20/15
