Feedback
hey Capt, I finished all workouts for last week, and i felt a little sore after the heavy leg day but thats really it.... I ran 3 miles at this park near me that has a few bridges and turns and hills for the endurance and I already purchased the speed ladder because i feel that will help me the most... After all the workouts I feel good, but for soem reason my knee is bothering me a little, i didnt twist ti or anything to bother it, I just felt a dull pain yesterday, and i still feel it a little today.

Ey Capt. i did the sprint8-extreme last night and this morning i woke up and my lower abdomen was sore. Mostly the obliques. i just thought this was odd...
by the way when i did the "extreme" "backwards" part i back petal sprinted the 70 yards, i'm pretty sure that is what you meant.
