repeat 3 times - 30 second rest (60 cleans - 90 total)
10 high pulls rh
10 high pulls lh
10 second rest
repeat 3 times (60 high pulls - 150 total)
10 snatches rh
rest 15 seconds
10 snatches lh
rest 15 seconds
repeat 5 times (100 snatches - 250 total)
Rest 1 minute, finish with 50 - 2 handes swings - 300 reps total
If your back starts to hurt, squeeze your glutes!
