Tomorrow - Thursday July 10 - The last minute has arrived. Repeat VO2 Max again - we will be doing it 3 times this week - Next week we start with the snatch protocol. The gloves are off and its time to get physical. If you have been waiting till the last minute to get serious your time is long past up. Playing one or two matching a week and going running is not going to cut it. Not this year. You need to be prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. This is not a threat, this is a reminder of a commitment you made to yourself, your team mates, and your coaches. You have the very rare privilege of competing against some of the best soccer players in the country. Thousands of young players go to bed each night and dream of the opportunity that you posses. Don't waste it.
