Turkish Get Up - Denis w/24K

Gentlemen: Just a quick review of proper technique for the Turkish Get-Up. This clip shows Denis lifting the 24 kg Bell, with Riccardi spotting. His form is excellent, probably due to incredible instruction by his strength coach. Remember- with get-ups - our goal is to view each rep as "practice". Perfect practice will result in proper technique and desired result. Imperfect practice done to fatigue will result in poor technique and eventually injury. Stay tight, keep your shoulder down and your elbow locked. All movement should be fluid and under control. Train hard, train smart, Capt.
