(Cape Cod) The work out preceding the photo was a "300" set of swings - 6 sets of 50 reps, (10R, 10L, 10R, 10L, 10 alt.) after each set I did 5 get-ups each side. The 6 small reeds stuck in the sand served as markers to count each set - as we fatigue we tend to loose count, so markers are a good idea for extended sets.
