Not sure who is listening - but good job today. Our journey to 90 minutes has just begun. 300 Line runs as a warm up - 150 push ups to energize the core, 10 minutes of 2 v. 1 technical sprints with a balls, KB Turkish get ups, 10 x 15/15 swing protocol. Not a bad start. Tomorrow is Coach Barosso's day - your homework from me is to practice your turkish get ups - with the KB - if you cannot do a full TGU with KB do 1/4 reps with KB and then full TGU's with a water bottle balanced on your fist - and do 3 sets of 3 reps 1/4 TGU's , each side followed by 3 sets of 1 rep each side with the water bottle. - Train hard, train smart, Captain
