Next Work Out

Gents:

In a hurry so this will be short - we will be starting our VO2 max training - for today:
1 minute 2 handed swings
1 minute right hand only - slow pace
1 min left hand only - slow pace -
1 minute right hand - moderate pace
1 minute left hand - fast as poss. - count reps

divide total reps in last set by 4 - add 2 - that is your 15 sec interval pace count
perform 1 set of swings - right hand for 15 seconds - rest 15 seconds, repeat with left hand
today's goal - 30 sets (15 with each hand) 15 seconds rest between each set
