Wednesday - SHU Version of the SSST - 16 K bell - 10 minutes - no rest - 410 swings. Followed this with get ups, 100 hand passes (abs) , and 5 sets of halo's superset with goblet curls.
Thursday - short version - 100 swings with 24 K.
Friday - Rnunes Soccer Camp and FD - long day - ran into a very long night - working a 24.
Been hearing a lot about how much we are not doing for training - about how much of our team will be coming into camp ill prepared for the challenges that lie ahead. Being a glass half full kind of person, I am looking forward to changing that come August. In a perfect world I would be concentrating on finishing - not foundation work.
