Snatch



Gentlemen: Time to work on the snatch. If you have not been practicing this technique, you need to. Remember... practice this technique - the goal is not to smoke the movement, or train to fatigue, the goal is perfect practice, perfect technique, and perfect breathing. Training combine for this week -

Snatch Ladder 1 - 5 swings right, 5 left, 5 high pulls right, 5 left, 5 snatches right, 5 left. Repeat 3 times. Rest 1 minute between ladders.

Snatch ladder 2 - 20 snatches right (rest 30 sec) 20 snatches left (rest 30 sec) 15 snatches right (rest 30 sec) 15 snatches left (rest 30 sec) 10 snatches right, 10 snatches left. 5 snatches right, 5 snatches left, no rest.... if you feel like you are going to drop the weight then drop it, DO NOT COMPROMISE YOUR SWING OR TRY TO SLOW DOWN YOUR SWING, STOP THE MOVEMENT OR DROP THE BELL!
