KB Version of Heavy Leg Work Out

Gentlemen:

This work out comes to you courtesy of Mr. Backmann. - Seems he had to work late today but still wants to complete his training assignement. Today is his make up day, and because he missed yesterday he is doing heavy legs today. He wondered if he could do his training at home with only a KB. Fortunately - Mr. B has 2 bells at home. Instead of your heavy leg work out - do this:

Dynamic Sumo Squat - single KB - 25 reps - x 4 - (100)

30 sec. rest interval between sets.

Clean - Front squat 10 right side, 10 left side - x 3 (60)

Snatch - 10 right hand, 10 left hand- x 2 (40)

30 sec. rest interval between sets

Double Swings - 10 sets of 10 reps (100)

Note - if you do not have 2 KBs, perform 10 rh and 10 lh.

30 sec. interval between sets.

300 total reps - Enjoy - Capt
