S.A.Q.S. “300” TRAINING
Strength Agility Quickness Speed
S.A.Q.S. 300 Training is Spartan style! This is an intense, college level training program that provides an unparalleled mix of all-purpose strength and conditioning designed to prepare elite athletes for the physical demands of pre-season training. Develop explosive speed and power. Candidates must successfully complete a fitness challenge prior to acceptance into program. NO EXCEPTIONS! Course fee will be refunded to athletes who fail this challenge.
SAQS 300 Fitness Challenge is 100 pushups, 100 sit ups, 100 burpee’s done in 10 sets of 10 reps in 10 minutes. Ages 16+
Mondays & Wednesdays, June 30 – August 6, 6:00 – 7:30 pm, Fee: $300, meets 12 times, Course # 559 Monday class meets at Tomlinson Turf Field and Wednesday class meets at RLMS Soccer Field
