Gentlemen: If you are local, or with in relatively short driving distance I strongly encourage you to attend 300 SAQS. Bring a friend, bring a bucket, bring a change of clothes. Bring a towel to wipe your sweat and a napkin to wipe your tears. (they will of course be manly tears, shed in gratitude for the quality training you received, or they might be tears of joy from the incredible pain you will endure, because pain is weakness leaving the body, which is a good thing. ) Monday will be speed day. Technical speed work - we will work on your starts, on your arm movement, on staying low, on dorsal flexion during the fly stage, on the importance of arm movement, and the Valsalva Acceleration Technique. We will be using Coach Phil Cambell's Championship Soccer Speed series technique, the same model we use in season and pre-season - check the video to jog your memory. It is a trailer for Coach Cambell's program. Each training session will also include a kettlebell trainig, a core work out, and a strength component. Monday's training will take place from 6-730 at Tomlinson Field in Fairfield. Wednesday (power day) will take place at Ludlow Middle School. Please let me know if you plan on attending. If you need directions let me know - try it out, if you like it, we can work out the details later. Capt
